Set yourself up for the weekend with a fluid, loosely structured meditation yoga flow with an emphasis on using body, breath, and awareness to intuitively adjust your movement and postures based on what YOU need. Release tensions, create fresh energy and healthy circulation throughout your nervous system, glands, organs, and joints. Influenced by traditional Hatha and Viniyoga traditions. All levels welcome!
