A little about me.
I am a mom, business and technology professional, and writer. I use yoga as a tool to connect with others and support them to lead happier, healthier, and more grounded lives. I have been practicing meditation since my teens and discovered a passion for helping others using yoga since 2014. I enjoy working with all ages and levels of experience to create a personal practices and love to collaborate with groups, teams, and individuals to create workshops and classes.
