Discover the spices that Indian cooking is known for and learn how to blend and use them in ways beyond cooking. As a first-generation south Indian, I was raised with spices. Growing up I instinctively relied on spices in my health and beauty routines and I observed that the women in my family would tell me why it was important to use certain combinations during different stages of my life. Join me for this fun and spicy workshop! Only $25!

In this 2 hour workshop we will cover:
-Basic spices in the Indian kitchen
-How to prepare and use spices
-Alternative uses
-Recipes and samples to take home
